The aim of the research is to identify and approbate pedagogical technologies that make it possible to ensure the inversion of the factors of clip thinking, transforming their negative impact in the learning process into a positive one. The research objectives are to analyze the influence of clip thinking on educational progress; to identify the fundamental differences between the situation of success in virtual pastime and in learning; to analyze the possibilities of applying the edutainment technology for the convergence of clip thinking factors and pedagogical technologies. The hypothesis is as follows: the use of edutainment technology in the educational process provides an inversion of the negative factors of clip thinking. The authors used methods of modeling, design, experiment and observation. In the process of approbation, the positive influence of the edutainment technology on embedding the elements of clip thinking in training was determined.
