In the context of change and transition strategies of universities to the needs of the economy, it must change the role of business education. The state ceased to control this type of education, which affected the role of the MBA program at the university. Despite the fact that this program is the most adapted to the needs of the environment, the universities do not have the management practices of the program. Are not supported and do not develop it. There is a risk of losing the MBA program at the university, reducing them to a retraining program or master´s degree. In order to receive Universities methodical instrument of control and differentiation of diplomas, we propose a technique of self-assessment for MBA program, agreed with the procedure public accreditation. Our methodology is quantitative indicators, assessment procedures. It allows universities to harmonize public and internal accreditation, to develop different types of diplomas.
