The paper presents the results of industry-oriented research, dealing with the development of the adaptive life-cycle management system for high-voltage power equipment of power plants and substations, including structural and mathematical models and algorithms of the system. Within the framework of the study, the developed system was validated by comparing the results of technical state assessment, obtained in Jupyter (Python, xgboost library) for power network equipment of the regional power system with the technical state estimates provided by high-voltage laboratories. The obtained accuracy of power equipment state identification was obtained to be equal to 91%. The developed system belongs to the class of strategic-planning systems and can be used as an “adviser”, providing processed data to support decision-making process at Power&Energy Utilities.
