N2 - Based on the analysis of the professional landscape in the construction industry, a concept has been proposed that makes it possible to implement construction training in the system of additional professional education based on multitrack educational programs. The implementation of the proposed approach makes it possible to solve the problems of personalization of education, the formation of flexible study schedules and a flexible system for training civil engineers in general, as well as the organization of individual educational routes. Curricula and educational and methodological support of the educational process have been developed, which allow maintaining the qualifications of employees at the appropriate technological level, improving it if necessary, and also ensuring the possibility of changing it throughout the entire career path of the employee. The article presents the schemes for the passage of professional retraining by the listener, implemented within the framework of the relevant tracks, as well as the content of the training programs included in them. © 2023 IEEE.
