Thin films of FeXNi100-X (X = 20, 17, 15%) had been deposited on glass and polymer substrates by magnetron sputtering and were studied in the 50-500 nm thickness range. Structure [Cu / Fe20Ni80]5 / Cu was highlighted as the most promising for sensor application based on the analysis of the angular dependences of the magnetic resonance spectra.
