The focus of this article is to analyze the problem associated with the limited choice of available resorts during sanctions from Western countries. As a result of the analysis of the current state of the resort potential in the city of Adler, the need arose to develop a conceptual solution to eliminate a significant problem in the coastal part of the city. For this purpose, information modeling technologies were used. The developed solution offers a new approach to organizing a resort holiday using an artificial embankment, taking into account the restrictions and challenges associated with economic sanctions. Information modeling technology made it possible to work out in detail all the elements of the project, which will help in the future to optimally use the existing resort potential and create attractive conditions for recreation and cultural activities of tourists.
