This article is devoted to the important issue of the dependence of diseases on the state of the environment in the Russian Federation regions with the help of multivariate statistical methods: canoni- cal analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis. The authors describe the results of the statistical analysis of diseases on the state of the environment in the Russian Federation regions, revealed the main factors influencing the level of morbidity.
