The article discusses problemy social partnership in the sphere of youth work in the real sector of economy on the example of Sverdlovsk region. Sverdlovsk region is a developed industrial and working youth here is the most numerous. The author analyzes the results of the survey of 1,000 young workers development of social partnership and satisfaction with the terms of the employment contract, concludes on the necessity of improving the mechanism of social partnership in industrial enterprises in the region to support young people.
