The article contains the results of the analysis of the gender approach in the organization of work with young people in enterprises in terms of their security. During the study, both theoretical and empirical methods were used. The results of a survey of 435 women and 565 men, young workers of enterprises in the Urals, showed that corporate youth programs do not have sections that differentiate areas of work with young people depending on gender characteristics. Authors concluded that it is necessary to analyze the level of staff turnover, as well as the personnel reserve of specialists and managers among young people, depending on gender and other socio-demographic characteristics, the availability of adaptation programs and continuing education courses for workers who returns after maternity leave.
