Introduction. Martial arts sports are complex coordinated ones. One of the coordination abilities parameters is motor accuracy, which contributes to the coordination of movements of various parts of the body with each other when performing a technical action. The research aim is to study the influence of the coordination ability of accuracy on the technical actions with hands performance in a standing wrestling position. Research methods and organization. The primary study involved athletes engaged in judo, sambo, karate, kyokushin kaikan karate, etc. in the number of 122 people, aged 21.3, with 8.6 years of experience. The motor coordination abilities parameters were determined by a special self-assessment test on a ten-point scale. Results. Coordination ability «accuracy of performing technical actions» of athletes, engaged in martial arts sports has its own structure within the subgroups of right-handers, left-handers and ambidextrous. Correlation analysis revealed that right-handers and left-handers within the subgroup have no dependence on sports skills. A significant positive dependence was revealed in the subgroup of ambidextrous sports skills. Conclusions. In the dynamic situation during a bout, when performing throws performed mainly by hands, the coordination ability of accuracy affects the following parameters: adaptation to the technical action performance, biomechanical characteristics of technical action stability, timeliness, correctness, orientation in space when performing technical action and an integral indicator of coordination ability. This fact indicates that the coordination ability of accuracy influence over the athletes' engaged in martial arts sports technical actions performance is clearly expressed. Therefore, for throws in a standing position, performed mainly by hands, it is necessary to develop motor coordination ability accuracy.
