The article presents a systematic literature review on the risk of cardiac pathology appearance in young athletes with false tendons in the left ventricle. The analysis of existing data showed that structural anomalies in athlete's heart might affect the electrical and mechanical function of myocardium, as well as heart functional reserve and its adaptation to the physical loads.
