The problems of obtaining estimates of the functioning quantitative indicators for control-throughput devices of mass events objects as non-stationary mass service systems (NMSS) are investigated. The possibility of calculating the quantitative characteristics of the NMSS data was demonstrated and statistically grounded estimates of the intervals duration of the piecewise constant approximation of the relation from time the visitors arrival intensity to football matches on the stadiums were obtained.
