SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to desalination of sea or contaminated water to separate alcohols from alcohol-containing solutions, and for production of concentrated fruit juices. The device has a cylindrical drum 2 of large diameter mounted in a body (1) with solution, a cylindrical drum (3) of small diameter outside the body, drive of drums (5), injectors (11, 15, 18), a hopper (19) for collecting ice. The drums (2 and 3) are connected by conveyor metallised belt (4). The injectors (11) for supplying cold air flow from branch pipes (9) of a vortex tube (6) is arranged near a portion conveyor belt (4) coming from solution (12). The injectors (15) for supplying the flow of hot air from the branch pipe (13) of vortex tube are arranged near the portion (16) of the conveyor belt (4) coming from solution. For producing fresh water in the hopper (19) for collecting ice, the nozzle (18) is connected through a valve (17) to the branch pipe (13) of hot air from the vortex tube (6). An inclined pan (20) mounted above the hopper (19) for collecting ice is connected to the drum (3) of small diameter. EFFECT: increased performance of ice production, reduced energy costs for ice chipping, possibility for producing fresh water.
