The article was devoted to the study of motivations for different personality groups aimed at resolving management -related problems. Basing on the well-known A. Maslow’s “pyramid” system of motivation for creative personalities, authors present a concept of similar system for other personality groups that are opposite in multiple ways, namely, modern “layman”, criminal, and degrading personality. These personality groups possess the long-term and stable behavioral motives that cannot be ignored while building efficient management systems of various levels.
