The study of Russian students’ non-linear educational practices is necessary to understand the changes taking place in university youth’s qualitative characteristics. The article is aimed at studying new non-linear educational practices carried out by students of Russian universities. To achieve this goal, the author determines the concepts of linear and non-linear educational practices for the students are determined. The specifi city of non-linear educational practices is revealed, and their classifi cation is carried out.
