The study of socio-political activity of students is important because in student years formed the personal position and political culture. The aim of this work is to identify technologies to improve socio-political activity of students of the Urals. The article contains the results of a poll of 976 students from 13 universities of the Sverdlovsk region. The scientific novelty of the study is to determine the motives and technologies that contribute to the increase of social and political activity of young people.
