The article emphasizes the decrease in the number of fighters in the movement of student groups, which has a high potential for the development of a modern student. The experience of the activities of the regional headquarters of student teams and the system of attracting young people by the headquarters of student teams of UrFU was analyzed to increase the motivation of students to join the movement of student teams. A research design is presented in the development of a program to involve young people in the movement of student teams, a SWOT analysis of the activities of student teams is given, a portrait of a modern fighter is described, a comparison of the value orientations of fighters and students of UrFU is given, proposals are presented for changing the organizational structure of the headquarters of student teams of UrFU. Technologies for involving student youth in the movement of student groups are proposed. The article presents a program to involve young people in the UrFU student brigades movement, consisting of 4 modules: advertising and agitation of the movement, training the leaders of student brigades in modern forms of agitation, organizational management of the movement of student brigades and activities to improve the image of student brigades. The conclusion is made about the importance of involving young people in the activities of student groups and the inclusion of new activities for student youth using modern approaches.
