Using a model method based on evaporation process of naphthalene specimen local mass transfer along a height of the fluidized bed was studied. Cylindrical specimen was composed of ten round elements of 14 mm diameter and 10 mm height. Data of influence vibration amplitude influence and dimension of disperse material particles on magnitude and character of distribution local mass transfer coefficients on height of bed was obtained.
