Such factors as a predominate representative system, a type of personality, a level of extraversion-introversion, specifics of the personal attitude to education in the different age periods, use of active study methods and other have been estimated in the light of study motivation in order to incentive students to learn. On the base of the overview of the correlation between extraversion-introversion and the educational process we arrived to the conclusion of necessitates of the own research in the field. Since there was no any statistic information about the distribution of the psychological characteristics between students, we self obtained them by inquiry. 109 students from different academic groups of traditional and distant form of learning were interviewed. The result analysis showed the absence of the significant influence of extraversion-introversion on the assessments of academic progress. We suppose the correlation depends on the organization of the educational process. The less stresses during the process the less the correlation. We have also realized that men have more anxiety level then women. Anyway the research is to be continued.
