The development of the transport complex of the Russian Federation is connected primarily to an increase in the competitiveness of domestic producers and transport and logistics companies in the domestic market. A comparison with countries with the most advanced automotive industries has shown that a developed automotive sector is characterized by developed infrastructure which supports vehicle at all stages of its life cycle. Particular attention is paid to the final stage of the life cycle, which is due to tightened environmental standards and social aspects. The article provides an overview of foreign and domestic sources on various aspects of the issue of managing the final life cycle stage of vehicles. It is clear that today in Russia many scientists are involved in the issue of vehicle disposal; however, the systems are not yet developed, in this connection the development of an organizational pattern of car recycling market remains very relevant. Possible cluster and divisional scheme of organization of the recycling market are considered, and it is concluded that the divisional scheme is more advantageous. A matrix of interactions with recycling companies is drawn up for transport complex, allowing to create organizational structure of car recycling system.
