The integrated algorithms for calculation of power parameters, prediction of pipes fracture, changes in wall thickness variation of pipes, verification of the technological restrictions аt the cold pipe roller rolling are given. The simulation was performed with the target of pipes prediction precision and designing on this basis the improved rolling schedules. А сhange of pipes wall thickness variation was simulated by the finite element method. The accuracy evaluation are presented: the rated forces were different from observation values no more than 15%, this confirms the suitability of the developed algorithms. The analysis of rolling schedules using a previously developed software package was performed. The proposed schedules can be used for the anticorrosion steel pipes production.
