X-ray emission spectroscopy with high-energy resolution was used for analysis of substitution effects upon doping of Bi2212 by flourine. It is found on the basis of investigation of F Kα and O Kα X-ray emission spectra that flourine enters the lattice of Bi2212 and substitutes the oxygen atoms in the Sr-O planes.
