New economic conditions of activity of enterprises manufacturing the refractory products require to vary approach to training of industrial engineers for them. Methods of rational use of the personnel potential are discussed. Chair for Chemical Technology of Ceramics and Refractories of Ural State Technical University trains high-skill industrial engineers for refractory enterprises.
