In order to construct an extended set of homogeneous characteristics of open clusters of our Galaxy, the computer program for estimation of interstellar reddening, distances and ages of clusters is designed and characteristics of 94 young clusters are determined. The distribution of clusters in the galactic plane is considered. The pronounced age gradient is found for the Sagittarius spiral arm. Some examples of triple and double clusters are considered.
