The components of turbine engines, fabricated from KhN38VT alloy and 12Kh18N10T steel (inner and outer jackets of nozzle respectively), are investigated to find the intergranular corrosion damage. The repairing technology is elaborated that includes galvanic descaling in the HNO3+HF solution, sand blasting or abrasive liquid treatment, cracks welding by EP367 alloy. Low-active aluminizing at 910-930°C for 60-70 min, aging at 700-730 for 7-8 h with air cooling are implemented also in the parts renovating.
