Effective technologies are elaborated to use secondary raw materials for producing the qualitative blanks from copper, aluminum, nickel and other nonferrous metals. Theoretical and technological bases are developed for suspension casting copper and brasses (LS59-1, L070-1, L68, L96) as well as for their casting under liquid slag. These processes eliminate the sources of air pollution from technological cycle. An influence of charge materials, containing low-grade wastes and metal scrap on quality of L96, LS59-1, LS63-3 and LS58-2 alloys castings is studied.
