N2 - Studies of the original implant for restoring the function of the tubular bone stump were carried out. The implant was manufactured by the Electron Beam Melting method from 316L steel powder used for medical purposes. A high roughness of the implant surface was found, which is necessary for osseointegration in the bone. Technological defects of the product are revealed, which affect the subsequent destruction and reduce the service life of the product. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved.
