Two technologies for removal of aged protective polymeric coatings from metals surface is suggested. The first way is based on the precooling coating with moist nitrogen vapor to embrittlement temperature followed by destruction and removing its in form of small pieces through vibroimpact action. The second method includes an even heating to temperature of minimum adhesion of the film and subsequently delaminating its by extensive sheets. Advantages of these technologies were supported by testing 12KhNM steel coated with polymeric film.
