N2 - An efficient procedure has been developed for the synthesis of 2-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives with one or two pyrrolidin-1-yl substituents in the benzene ring via nucleophilic substitution of fluorine in 2-[(di)fluorophenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole on heating with pyrrolidine under solvent-free conditions.
