By the method of pulsed electron evaporation in vacuum were received nanopowder and amorphous and amorphous-nanocrystalline coatings from Al 2O 3 on glass substrates. Their characteristics were studied using the XRD, BET, PCL and DSC-TG methods. Influence of time of deposition of nanoparticles on phase composition of coatings and nanopowder was established. The interrelation of luminescent properties of coatings and nanopowder with their phase composition was shown. Amorphous-nanocrystalline coatings including the gamma phase Al 2O 3 are perspective for use in optoelectronics and dosimetry of ionizing radiation.
