Composite materials on basis of aluminum nitride are characterized by unique properties. High temperature of melting, excellent heat conduction, low electric resistance, and high stability in gas, salt, and metallic media are noted in case of the materials. Investigations of physicochemical properties of materials on basis of aluminum nitride with various binders have been performed. Chemical compositions of the materials have been presented. Physical properties have been determined with the use of mathematical models. Regularities in variation of physical and chemical properties of the materials have been found.
