title = "Optimization of the Power Equipment Operational State During Restoration and Reconstruction",
abstract = "Modern electric power systems belong to the category of complicated technological complexes, which consist of the main and auxiliary equipment. The main equipment, which includes power lines, power transformers, busbar systems, circuit breakers, reactive power compensation, converter installations, is used for the production, conversion, transmission and distribution of electricity. Auxiliary equipment performs the functions of measurement, signaling, control, protection, protection and automation. To ensure the reliable and safe functioning of the electric power system, it is necessary to carry out maintenance and repair activities for each piece of equipment. The decision on the type and scope of work to optimize the operational condition of the main equipment is made by companies based on an assessment of the technical condition. The assessment is based on the calculation of the index of the technical condition of a piece of equipment in accordance with the Methodology for assessing the main technological equipment and transmission lines of power plants and electrical networks [1]. In this paper, a methodology for assessing a 220 kV transmission line is considered, the disruption of which leads to disturbances and accidents of the entire electric power system. Based on the results obtained, ways are proposed to optimize the operational state by taking measures to restore and reconstruct a transmission line. Also, with the help of the forecast of the technical condition, a comparison of these methods was carried out in the perspective of five years.",
