The kinetic properties of an isotropic antiferromagnetic nondegenerate semiconductor in a high electric field are investigated theoretically. By solving a system of kinetic equations for electrons and magnons a nonequilibrium electron distribution function is found. It is shown that under certain conditions the volt–ampere characteristic calculated with the use of this function may have an N shape.
