The theoretical-experimental method for modeling quasi-symmetrical, steady plastic flow with rigid and plastic zones is developed. This method is applied to the study of helical-rolling in three-high mills with skewed rolls. Special composite specimens are designed to produce samples by interrupted rolling with different combinations of the process parameters. The resulting model is presented as software application for MS Windows and is directed towards engineer-designers.
