Impedance measurements we carried out at a steady-state potential on electrodes painted with TsVES protective primer. It is shown that it is quite correct to describe the corrosion process of zinc-filled coatings in terms of the structural model which was put forward by Mansfeld for localized corrosion and takes into account the electrical nonuniformity of the surface. Parameters of the equivalent circuit are calculated.
