The article focuses on the actual problem of development of methods and tools for processes simulation and software engineering, that automate the whole process starting with the processes formalization, business processes and decisionmaking processes dynamic models development, carrying out simulation experiments with the models, bottlenecks analysis, process re-engineering and optimization, and finishing with software engineering, which includes database and software modules generation.
