The physical structure of liquid high melting alloys is proposed which further develops a quasi-chemical version for micro-inhomogeneous model of multi-component melts. Interaction between microinclusions like Ni3Al resulting in a three-dimensional structure serves as a basis for the model. The destruction of the structure causes the formation of polyclasters which are particles of refractory components 1-10 Nm in size surrounded by microinclusions like Ni3Al. A number of optimization techniques for melting is recommended and promoted. Owing to high temperature treatment of melts, cast structures, running characteristics of metal products and ingot-to-product yield are sufficiently improved.
