The issues of recycling own waste of secondary aluminum production today are relevant and require urgent solution. First, aluminum is one of the most sought-after metals in the world. Secondly, there is currently a shortage of enterprises for the processing of industrial waste of aluminum production, which meets sanitary standards and prevents environmental degradation. The article considers the task of analyzing the economic performance of the enterprise when producing products from secondary aluminum with two versions of the composition of the charge: containing a minimum and a maximum of own production waste. The authors noted the impact of changes in material balance items for the production of AK9Ts6 alloy on logistics and transportation costs of production. It is noted that to increase the rationality of a complex technological process, it is allowed to use own slags. The authors concluded that the increase in the use of own waste for secondary production leads to a decrease in material costs, positively affects the economic performance of the enterprise and leads to a decrease in the technogenic load on the environment.
