Consideration is given to the role of adhesive and capillary interactions in processes of the burning of glass-enamel coatings. The features of capillary adhesive forces acting between solid particles through liquid interlayers and their dependences on the properties of contacting phases and interparticle distance are revealed. The capillary attractive forces between glass melt drops and a protected solid surface are described within the approximation of sphericity of a free liquid surface.
