With the help of pulsed electron evaporation were produced the nanopowders Al2O3, SiO2,СeO2 and YSZ (Y2O3 - 8 % Gd2O3) with the high specific surface, the nanopowders were further irradiated with electrons energy 700 keV, pulse duration 60 ns on the pulsed repetitive accelerator URT-1 within 15 and 30 min. Magnetic and cathodoluminescent characteristics of the unirradiated and irradiated nanopowders were measured. It is established that irradiation by electrons does not influence significantly initial magnetization of samples. To the contrary, obvious correlation between intensity of the pulsed cathodoluminescense and time (dose) of irradiation is found in the most part of oxides. There was a reduction of cathodoluminescense intensity after irradiation. Luminescent properties stronger reflect transformation of structural defects in NP after impact on them with pulsed electron beam in comparison with corresponding changes of the magnetic response NP.
