The dislocation structure evolution of the Ni3Ge intermetallide has been studied when twisting under high quasi-hydrostatic pressure. Conditions that result in presence or lack of dislocation self-locking after heating without a load are discussed. It has been found out that the twisting makes the self-locking impossible and a causes of it was determined.
