Influence of ether of 5’-(4-ethoxybenzoyl)-5’,7’-dihydrospyro[cyclopentane-1,6’-[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3,4] thiadiazine]-3’-carboxylic acid on repair of linear skin wound in rats was studied. It was shown that this compound has stimulating impact on proliferation of dermal fibroblasts, increasing the regenerator potential of damaged tissue. When estimating features of how the wound process proceeds, we established that with the help of the tested substance, in comparison with groups of comparison, the course of processes of reparative regeneration of integumentary tissue accelerates distinctly; inflammatory processes are of moderate nature without affection of deep skin layers; cellular and fibrous component is formed in a damage zone.
