Studies have been carried out to determine the effect of the long-term keeping at 550 and 625 °C on the mechanical properties, impact strength, hardness and structure of the CrNi62Mo-VI (EC190-VI) alloy with ultralow carbon content. The alloy was tested for resistance to intercrystalline corrosion (ICC) and corrosion cracking, technological recommendations for welding and heat treatment of welded joints of this alloy were developed, specifications for metal products from the alloy were agreed. The possibility was established of using metal products from the CrNi62Mo-VI alloy for the manufacturing equipment and pipelines of the installations, operating in molten chlorides ZrCl4, HfCl4, KCl, AlCl3at temperatures of 400 - 625 °C.
