The Ural Republic, established in 1993 on the territory of the Sverdlovsk region, is a peculiar phenomenon of the political landscape of modern Russia, interest in which has not subsided to this day. Moreover, the interest is not only scientific, as evidenced by the PhD thesis defended on this issue in 2021 at Lomonosov Moscow State University, but also political. Since its creation, many Russian scientists have assessed the Ural Republic as a manifestation of separatist tendencies of the leadership of the Sverdlovsk region. Modern Western political scientists consider the Ural Republic and similar phenomena of 1993 as an ideal option in the event of the dismemberment of Russia. The Ural Republic differs from this kind of quasi-state entities in that it actually existed for 132 days. As a result of its activities, a complex of various types of documents was postponed, the analysis of which is devoted to this article.
