Life work and technical properties of industrial applied LED considerably connected with working temperature of LED matrix-thermal paste-cooler system temperature. More efficient diodes application requires more voltage; however to save working life of LED installation it is necessary to maintain the constant system temperature. Therefore the paper deals with possible compounds and its physicochemical properties to obtain thermal paste with high physicothermal properties and nanosized filler, which allows to significantly increase LED power.
