Phase equilibria and properties of individual phases in the Sm-Ca-Fe- O system were systematically studied at 1100°C in air. Areas of homogeneity solid solutions: Sm1-xCax-Fe-O3-δ (0≤х≤0.3) и Sm2-yCayFeO4-δ (y= 1.1) are determined. Parameters of elementary cells and the coordinates of atoms are calculated for all single-phase compositions. Relative oxygen nonstoichiometry of Sm0.7Ca0.3FeO3-δ were measured within the temperature range of 25-1100°C.
