The influence of the flux content in Kachkanar pellets that vary widely on their metallurgical characteristics was investigated. A good convergence of experimental results on the firing pellets on the experimental systems with the data received on conveyor machines was established. The resulting strength characteristics of the pellets fired in different core state and after recovery modes allow you to select the temperature of the heat treatment to ensure the high quality of the final product.
