Technical solutions aimed at increasing mixing efficiency in the receipt tanks of nitric acid uranium solution are offered based on the previous research findings. The proposed technical solutions are considered using the finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics methods. It has been found that the use of additional jet mixing devices results in significant intensification of mixing in the receipt tanks with nitric acid uranium solutions due to elimination of the stagnation zone.
