In the first part of the article, preceded by an annotation by N. Salingaros, a number of patterns for organizing a friendly urban space were presented. In this second part, the city is considered as a network formation, the quality of organization and connections of which affects the human condition in it. N. Salingaros pays special attention to the presence of different scales and details that prevent the informational monotony and minimalism of the urban fabric. The text provides recommendations for creating friendly urban environments and mentions authors who develop these issues in more detail.
