In the second part of this article the evidence of expediency and possibility of understanding of the settlement system of the industrial part of the Urals as a unique cultural landscape and an object of historical and cultural heritage, which is significant for the development of the territory, is continued. The temporal and structural aspects of this settlement system are analyzed. The directions of work with particular elements of historical and architectural heritage of the nearest to Yekaterinburg cities are indicated.
